How do I back up my data?

Nestis backs up your fasting history automatically through iCloud. Make sure you're signed in with iCloud Drive enabled in Settings > [your name] > iCloud.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Open Nestis, go to Settings, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device, or tap Manage subscription inside Nestis's Settings screen.

How do I export my data?

Nestis Pro can export your full fasting history as JSON, PDF, or CSV from Settings > Export data. Importing a backup is free for everyone.
